HH Gym Guidelines: Let’s Keep it Positive and Productive!
1. Feeling Unwell? It’s best to rest up at home and focus on recovery. If possible, let me know 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time for your session. If you arrive feeling sick, you will be asked to leave for everyone’s well-being.
2. Stay Fresh! Maintaining good hygiene is essential—if you’re a bit too “aromatic,” we may need to hit pause on your workout. Let’s keep the environment fresh and comfortable for everyone!
3. Bring the Essentials Remember to pack your own towel and water. Staying hydrated and keeping things clean are crucial for a successful workout!
4. Respect the Gym Show respect for the equipment and your trainer, and we’ll enjoy a fantastic training experience together!
