HH Gym Guidelines: Keeping it Fun and Friendly!

1. Feeling Under the Weather? Skip the gym and focus on getting better! Just give me a heads-up 24 hours in advance if you can, and we’ll reschedule your session. Your health comes first! If you turn up to a session ill then you will be asked to leave.

2. Keep it Fresh! Good hygiene is a must—if you’re a little too “fragrant,” we might need to pause your workout. Let’s all stay fresh and focused!

3. Towel and Water = Gym Essentials Don’t forget to bring your own towel and water. Hydration and cleanliness are key to a great workout!

4. Respect the Space Treat the equipment and me with respect, and we’ll have a great time training together!

Most sessions are 1 hour but this can be extended if your training plan suggests this

No experience needed. I’ll show you the ropes! 

The location of the training gym is 110 Rowland Drive, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 7SD (Entrance at the rear of the property)

Taster Lesson: Pay-as-you-go.
Single lessons: Pay per month in advance for one lesson a week.
Two lessons a week: Pay per two weeks in advance.
Three or more lessons a week: Pay for the week in advance.
If a lesson is missed without a 24-hour notice, charges will apply, except in compassionate circumstances where charges are not applicable.

Whatever you feel comfortable in. I would say shorts and a t-shirt but jogging bottoms do the job as well. Socks or bare feet when training. Please bring a towel and water and good hygiene ethics. I can supply boxing gloves.
